They just keep cranking them out. At the beginning of this summer, Radiohead announced that they were doing a 12″ remix series for The King of Limbs. At first it was expected to only be three 12 inches, but now that number has jumped to five.

It was recently reported on The King of Limbs fansite that the band will be releasing a fifth set of remixes. For this issue, tracks ‘€˜Give Up The Ghost’ will be remixed by Brokenchord, ‘€˜Bloom’ by Blawan and a track called ‘€˜TKOL” will be remixed by Altrice. You can preorder the fifth vinyl over at boomkat or wait for it to appear here.

In addition, music blog At Ease has reported that the band will release a compilation CD containing all of the previously released 12″ remixes as well as various unannounced remixes. Remixes on the compilation, that have not already been announced, include: “Good Evening Mrs

Magpie” by Modeselektor,”Bloom” by Objekt, “Separator” by Anstam, “Lotus Flower” by SBTRKT and a rework of “Bloom” by Jamie xx. Considering what has already been released, what is yet to come is looking incredibly exciting.

Make sure to listen to the fourth installment to the remix series to the right, include tracks “Give Up The Ghost” by Thriller Houseghost, “Codex” by Illum Sphere and “Little By Little” by Shed. Also included below is the official youtube video for The King of Limbs performance on Nigel Godrich’s show “From a Basement.”
